1. The Short Version
Monthly subscriptions: Cancel any time. No refund for the current month. No prorated refund. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions: Cancel any time. 14-day no-questions-asked refund from first charge. After 14 days, no prorated refund; access continues through the end of the paid year.
2. One-Time Digital Products
Dealifi templates, kits, calculators, and other one-time digital product purchases are considered "delivered" upon successful download or upon issuance of the access link, whichever is earlier. Per industry standard practice (and Etsy's digital product policy), these are non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptions where we WILL refund or repair within 14 days of purchase:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable
- The download link did not function and we were unable to deliver after reasonable attempt
- The product is materially different from what was advertised on the product page
- The file you received is the wrong product (mismatched delivery)
To request a fix or refund under one of the above exceptions, email support@dealifi.io within 14 days of purchase with: (a) your order number, (b) description of the problem, (c) screenshots if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days and either repair the file or issue a refund.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. To cancel:
- Log into your Dealifi account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel; OR
- Email support@dealifi.io from the email address on your account
Cancellation stops future billing. We do NOT prorate or refund for the current month. Your access continues through the end of the paid period. No charges after cancellation.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions provide a discounted rate (~17% off monthly equivalent) in exchange for paying upfront for 12 months.
14-Day Refund Window (annual only): If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the first charge, we will refund the annual payment in full. After 14 days, the annual payment is non-refundable, but you may cancel future auto-renewals at any time, and your access continues through the end of the paid year.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card network instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to (a) terminate your account, (b) revoke all licenses to Dealifi products, (c) bar you from future purchases. We ask that you contact us first at support@dealifi.io — we are responsive and reasonable, and most disputes resolve faster via email than via the card network.
6. Etsy Purchases
If you purchased a Dealifi product via Etsy (not directly from dealifi.io), Etsy's refund policy applies in addition to ours. Contact the Dealifi Etsy shop directly via Etsy messages for Etsy-specific refund requests. We honor Etsy's policy for Etsy purchases.
7. Promo Codes & Sale Pricing
Sale prices, promo codes, and discount campaigns are time-limited and may end without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged. We do NOT retroactively price-match or refund the difference if a product subsequently goes on a deeper sale.
8. Free Tools & Free Tier
The free Apartment Dealizer and similar free tools have no charge and no refund applies.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the revision date.
